Account Suspension & Termination

In cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or repeated violations of platform rules, acd8 may freeze account funds pending investigation. During any investigation period, the affected player will be notified by email and will have a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting acd8 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
